工厂组织消防演习圆满成功

   为了认真落实我司火灾事故的防范措施，增强全员的消防安全意识，消除火灾安全隐患，最大限度减少损失，确保存储安全,稳定物流、工作以及生活秩序，7月30日上午,在叶总的大力支持下,生产经理及保安队的指导下组织了全体员工到篮球场进行消防疏散演习。

   演习领导小组全体成员及全体工作人员于17:00分准时就位。随着保安给报警人员的报警示范，相继启动了各个楼层的自动火灾报警器，顿时火灾报警器刺耳的啸叫声响彻整个大楼，消防演习正式开始了。

   与此同时，各部门、班组在听到报警声后按照紧急正常通道引导疏散本部门所有员工，迅速离开生产区、办公区，并汇集到安全区（篮球场），每个班组有专人负责引导，确保疏散过程中人员安全。消防演习紧张有序，应急环境营造逼真，安全保证工作到位，演习达到预期效果，最终获得圆满成功，但也存在一些问题：

1.有一部分人员预先有了准备工作在演习时检查不出平时培训效果；

2.当听到警铃声响时，有一部分员工逃生的动作是非常快但没有按照逃生的要求去做，如果真正发生火灾这些人员也是在火场被烟雾窒息而死；

3.还有一部门员工逃生时不紧张，慢条斯里，反正想是消防演习也不是真正发生火灾一点都不够积极响应。

   通过此次消防演习，为应急人员提供一次实战模拟训练，使应急人员熟悉必须的应急操作，进一步增强了员工的防范意识和应急逃生自救的能力，为真正的事故应急行动提供了宝贵的经验保证。

At the same time, the various departments and team after hearing the alarm in normal channels in accordance with the emergency boot evacuate all staff of the department, quickly leave production area, office area, and packed into the safe zone (basketball), each team has a specialist is responsible for the guidance, to ensure the safety of personnel evacuation process. Fire drill nervous and orderly, emergency environment create lifelike, security work in place, exercises to achieve the desired effect, finally come to a successful conclusion, but there are also some problems:

1. Some people have the preparation in advance check out at ordinary times when exercise training effect;

2. When heard the bell, some employees escape is very fast but not according to the requirements of escape，if real fire the staff are choked to death in the fire smoke.

3. There are some staff escape without nervous, in the slow lane, as it is not really a fire is not a real fire.

Through it is just a fire drill, provide an actual combat simulation training for emergency personnel, make emergency personnel familiar with the necessary emergency operation, further enhance the awareness of the employees and the ability of emergency escape, as a real accident emergency action provides a valuable experience.
